I got a brief lecture from CEO Nauman Khattak on the overall working cycle of the company and also familiarized myself with the teams and the first thing of learning was “How to interact with the clients”
There are two main teams in Nausal technologies which are
I. Web Development Team
II. Graphic Designing Team
I worked with the Graphic designing team and deal with clients under supervision of CEO Nauman Khattak.
Training:
First whole week was about training in which I learned about UX designing and Client dealing by observing.
UX Designing:
“Client encounter configuration is the way toward upgrading client fulfillment with an item by enhancing the ease of use, openness, and joy furnished in the collaboration with the item.”
I was hired as marketing internee and with the help of my graphic designing skills I perfectly executed the UX designing tasks and also learn a lot from senior team members.
Client Dealing:
I dealt with the clients under the supervision of CEO Nauman Khattak and HR Manager Atta Ullah using different communication channels like Gmail, Skype (Screen Sharing), Video Sharing (Screen Cast).

After that I would say thanks to CEO Nauman Khattak for providing me comprehensive knowledge about Business Administration Courses and also for providing me the opportunity to complete my internship program in NAUSAL Technologies, Islamabad to enhance my practical knowledge about banking sector of Pakistan.
I am also indebted to specially Atta Ullah Khan (HR manager of NAUSAL Technologies, Islamabad for allowing to me to do my internship and also providing me necessary assistant and guidance. I am also grateful to the entire staff of NAUSAL Technologies, because without their help, I would not be able to achieve this practical knowledge.

Apart from the experience I have gained at LT Security Inc., my various internship positions have also exposed me to eye-opening responsibilities. There are many skills needed to deal with customers. They range from dealing with indecisive people to emotionally unstable ones and even timid ones. By using positive communication, good body language, and by actively listening, you can be sure that you can identify the problem that is occurring and start looking for a solution that not only makes the customer content but that follows the policies and values of the business. Most problems arise because not everyone knows these skills and how to use them. The right training can go a long way for a business and its relationships with its customers.
