My Leadership Values

Five values that I consider my highest priorities are leadership, loyalty, friendship, merit and wisdom. These values represent who I am and what is mindset towards everything that I do. Leadership is one of the major values that I have within myself because it is a position which lets someone direct people to a certain destination. I enjoy being a leadership because with in leadership responsibility also tags along. When I am being a leader it does not mean that I will tell people what to do, it means that I will guide people to a certain purpose by being proactive with everyone of my followers, meaning that no one is left behind. I normally participate in leadership when we are told to separate in groups and complete assignments. I tell everyone what is the assignment, what are the requirements, who to ask for help, and how we will collaborate to complete the task. Whenever that topic is brought up I think critically of what I have gained with my own merit and what wisdom I have that most teenagers around my age do not have. Whenever I refer to merit, I believe in the things people have earned in their life and are not just given. For example, I want an Iphone so I decide to work for my money and buy would be merit because I am physically working tirelessly to obtain what I want. I not only value but admire merit because it shows that people struggle to be successful and get what they want without any excuses. Wisdom is very important to me because it is also something that you gain, not something that you are born with or given. I enjoy talking to elder people because they have thing to teach me which I may or may not learn in all my lifetime. I have wisdom when I have smart ideas in my brain because of the experiences and lessons I have learned. In the end, my wisdom impacts the dumb or savvy decisions I make in
