resolved to set a precedent of behaviors and norms that will benefit the communication in the future, between now President Donald Trump and the press.
The primary parties displayed different conflict styles, Mr. Ramos represents a Dominating Style, he was very involved in the conflict, demanding his questions to be answered, he interrupted the conference, he didn’t wait for his turn and jumped to ask questions demanding to Mr. Trump to answer him, he was seeking to reach his personal goals no matter the cost, even if that means to be taken out of the room.
In the other hand, Mr. Trump used the Avoiding conflict style at the beginning, he avoided answer Mr. Ramos, he ignored him at first, he tried to point another reporter to ask a question, but Mr. Ramos kept talking, interrupting the press conference. As well, Mr. Trump used sarcasm, when he told him several times “sit down” and then “go back to Univision.” …show more content…

Ramos is escorted out of the room, it was a demonstration of his less power and losing in conflict. Later, when Mr. Ramos is welcomed back to the room, he gets the opportunity to ask his questions to Mr. Trump, both displayed a dominating styles, both interrupt each other, Donald Trump answers questions with other questions, Mr. Ramos tries to avoid certain questions so he doesn’t lose face. But for most to the time they exchange information without agreeing to anything, it’s like no one wants to lose.
