Introduction Non-disable individuals are insensitive and unaware of the challenges many disable individual face every day, this group is categorized and demonstrate the usage of the minority group model, which illustrations the stigmatisms that society feel this groups is incapable to partake prolifically within the work force or public background (Hahn, 1985). To attest discrimination towards disable individuals still occur in present time many non-disable individuals have a predisposition that disable individuals are incapable to make a contribution in the workplace because the need for accommodation to facilitate the disable employer to complete the task on hand, cannot and should not further their education career, or putting limitation in private/public setting for disable individuals. Usually the environment social attitude is to disassociate with this targeted group by either/both ignore or isolate this group by harass, torment, and ridicule making this targeted group to resign or withdrawal from their position (Rumrill, 2010, Carlson, 2013). The minority group model has five factors to help educate the general population which can enforce moral emotions and influence moral behavior. To heightening public awareness on the importance of conserving the civil rights and the need to preserve equal opportunity for disable individuals, campaigning form of disability awareness training will be the most effective avenue to action (Wilson, 2014). Employing intervention can change the general public attitude by using various sources to introduce the proper etiquette regarding the disable. For instance when attempting to change the attitudes of children in the elementary setting the best intervention would be the usage of puppeteering this will cost effective and can reach a large group of students giving them, which could be their first, exposure and promoting the different levels of impairments; physical, intellectual, visual, and hearing (Dunst, 2014). This is accomplished with a well informative puppet script show, which may last for 45 minutes, providing useable and accurate information about being disabled and what would be the proper etiquette when encountering a disable individual (Dunst, 2014) This has been very effective positive intervention changing attitudes of many students; teaching acceptance, becoming sensitive when interacting with disable individuals, learn the needed skills to cope when confronted with a disable and engage students in
