It was during the middle of spring when I started attended the Military Academy. As I walk towards the academy, with the slight breeze of wind and the cherry blossom trees along the road, I mutter to myself. [Such a wonderful and nice place to be in.] [It sure is.] I heard a voice close by behind me. As I turn around to see who it was, a beautiful girl with a long silky black hair appear, wearing the same school uniform as me. I was stunt by her beauty that I could not utter a single word. Then with the lovely and soft voice she spoke to me. [Ah, my apologise. I should have introduced myself first.] [My name is Yuki, Hinako Yuki. It’s a pleasure to meet you.] Saying with a bright smile on her face. [Ah… umm, I’m Afann, nice to meet you too.] …show more content…
[*giggle.* Shall we get going or we’ll be late for the entrance ceremony.] [Ah yes, lets’ go.] Yuki and I start walking towards the Academy alongside each other. A minute later [Oi, what yer bastard doing to Yuki!] All the sudden, we heard a voice shouting from the distance behind us. [Huh?] As we turned, there were a bulky guy shouting. He was running at full speed towards us as if something was chasing after him. After he were getting closer to us, he reaches out his right hand and start grabbing my shirt and pushes me against the cherry blossom tree. [Gah!] [What I you going to do to Yuki, huh?!] The guy started to yell even more at my face. [Well, I’m asking what I you going to do to Yuki?!] [What I you are talking about?] I respond with the shock on my face. [Still want to play dumb, is it?!] The guy raiser his clenched left hand and preparing to swing it with full force. From the look of it, I knew it won’t end well if this were to
School was coming to an end and I thought about how Scout’s teacher didn't want her to read. I couldn't stop reading I enjoyed it too much and so did scout, I wondered if I would have reacted the same way scout did. One day after coming home from school, I saw scout with a Big stash of gum. After she told me how she got it, I started thinking the worst since I am her older Brother. I knew to scout was stubborn and wasn't going to get rid of it so I threaten her by telling her that I would tell Cal which is a fight scout wasn't up to fight. Why would there be gum in a tree and why was it out of all places in the Radley tree? We waited until what was forever for school to be over and for Dill to come. After all Dill had become a close friend
1. The façade of the Palace of the Legion of Honor is a great example of classical revival architecture. Architects from the Renaissance to the present have borrowed architectural elements from ancient Greece and Rome for church façades, banks, museums, and government buildings.
Colonel Mathew Moten once said, “Professions are not professions simply because they say they are. Their clients, society as a whole, have to accept their claims and trust the professions with jurisdiction over important areas of human endeavor”.

The role of a human resource sergeant in the Army profession is well-defined by the non-commissioned officer (NCO) creed “we are professionals, non-commissioned officers, leaders” (SFC Earle, Brigham, 1973). We build a camaraderie in our profession that is unlike any other. Not all can say that they are experts, it requires years of training in that field to become a professional. In our profession, we must earn the trust of many, such as subordinates, colleagues, clients, and the nation. We are merely servants, here to serve the Soldier and their Family. Soldier’s take pride in the service that they provide.

The question whether the Army is a profession becomes current hot issue to the society. The Army tried to demonstrate its development on profession by reviewing and refreshing the doctrine. However; there are documents that show the disagreement from people and they believe that our military is still inefficient organization when talking about our professional. The purpose of this paper is to support the idea of military is a professional organization. The Army is a profession because of three attributes; its expertise, trust, and values. These three are important keys to achieve and reach the profession.
Camp Green Lake. A place to build 'character' for juvenile delinquents. As if. Sure, juvenile delinquents are there and they do their time but building character? No way. At Green Lake you would imagine a beautiful Lake with lush green surroundings, and that was once there but now it's all gone. Now all there is, is dry land for miles, a detonation camp full of boys, and a heap of holes. You see, the boys at Camp Green Lake dig a hole every day to build 'character'. 5 foot deep and 5 feet in every direction, no matter how long you were out in the heat for. There's only one rule at Camp Green Lake, don't upset the Warden.

In ADRP 1: The Army Profession the most important chapter with respect to duty positions and responsibilities of a Captain is “The Army Ethic”. There are multiple chapters throughout ADRP 1 that could possibly be deemed as the most important, but the foundation of the Army Profession as a whole is its ethic. Trust is instilled from our civilian counterparts and our own professionals understanding that we follow a common ethic. Expert knowledge in our profession is derived from exercising the values in our ethic. Stewardship is inferred from our ethic as well, since it is a part of our traditions, customs, and principles. The most important chapter in ADRP 1: The Army Profession is The Army Ethic

My philosophy on leadership is very basic, at least to me. It is one built on teamwork, respect, trust, communication, and self-improvement. A leader must be able to effectively communicate with their Soldiers and be able to accept constructive criticism from them on their leadership skills. A good leader must know how to lead as well as how to follow.
At this time, I am doing well and I do not need anything but thanks for offering your assistance. I am in shock how everything is unfolding for me since last year I had a dream in which I was the HST's Gun Boss and not the RRN's. Of course, I did not give too much attention to that dream since it was only a dream and we already had talked about me going to the RRN. Today, that dream is becoming reality more and more and I cannot believe that is happening. May be someone is trying to tell me or saving me from something. The big question I ask to myself is why did I have a dream of these two carriers. Monday, when I was rejected by the RRN I told Captain Darnell about this dream and today Thursday the HST just popped
I raised my arms in anger, ?I?m talking to you.? Instantly his arm swung swiftly, like steel, it impacted on mine. Fear bulged from my eyeballs, he grasped both my hands and heaved me up. My feet dangled in the air.
Before I describe to you some of the “routine” and specific situations, investigations, and actual cases and dispositions I encountered I feel I should outline some of the training that that I received starting with the Military Police and Basic Training. Looking back I see the importance of the initial Army training that centered on physical conditioning and the discipline necessary to obey and follow orders to become part of a team. We learned that what was good for one was good for all and of course the reverse. Each morning we stood inspection outside of the barracks with our field packs on. Part of our required equipment during the inspections was a razor. We found out why one morning at the beginning of our training cycle when one of
