Abstract:
Life coaching is an art of triggering such derives which resides inside the individuals; through which once can attain his goals by utilizing the best-devised strategies. Many researchers have studied the concept of Life Coaching and have seen very fruitful results of it while conducting their studies. In the light of those researches, we have concluded that the life coaching can help our youth out to know about their true potential, to be focused enough on their goals and to be productive enough for the societies they live in. In short, this document will help one to analyze the significance of the life coaching and our life goals which we want to achieve through the art of life coaching.

The idea of life coaching was coined in 1990 when it emerged as a new way of coaching the individuals. The idea got quite diverse feedbacks from various think-tanks, i.e. some appreciated it, few criticized it and some of the think-tanks believed that the cure from this way of guidance is slow, but that can definitely work out (Kanas, Morrow, & Irvin, 2010).
With the passage of time, the idea prevailed and many of the coaching institutes started practicing the life coaching techniques, which resulted in opening up of 16000 life coaching centers in North America and almost 50,000 life coaching centers around the globe (ICF, 2012). Moreover, ICF also reported that the revenue generated from these institutes is $707 million in North America and $1.9 billion on the global basis (ICF, 2015).Hudson (1999) explained the life coaching as
“A person who facilitates experiential learning that results in future-oriented abilities. A coach refers to a person who is a trusted role model, adviser, wise person, friend, mensch, steward, or guide a person who works with emerging human and organizational forces to tap new energy and purpose, to shape new vision and plans, and to generate desired results. While studying about the historic leaders who, with the help of some extra ordinary skills (including the presence of mind, keeping the morale high and devising the significant strategies for getting the goals) contributed a lot for the nation, I felt that I too have the traits to compete with the modern challenges and contribute to my nation with the best of the abilities I have. Even while participating in the co-curricular activities, I noticed that I have the leadership skills and the ability to make the strategies to attain the goals, but sometimes, I failed to get the goals which triggered in my mind that there are few lacks which are becoming the
