Introduction

Leadership is hard term to be define because it means different things to different people. A simple definition is that explain leadership is the art of motivating a group of people to act concerning about achieving a common goal. This leadership definition captures the fundamentals of being able to inspire others and being willing to do so. Effective leadership is based upon thoughts but won't happen unless those ideas can be transferred to others in a way that involves them enough to act as the leader wants them to act.

A leader can learn certain skills and turn himself into a remarkable one. Although different in the focus, the Traits Approach and the Skills Approach, both center their attention in the leader, as its main purpose. The three-skill approach argued that effective leadership required three skills: technical, human, and conceptual skills. Technical skill refers to proficiency in a specific activity or type of work. Human skill refers to being able to work with people and conceptual skill refers to the ability to work with broad concepts and ideas. The three-skill approach asserted that, while all skills were important for leaders, their level of importance varies depending on the organizational level of leaders. As leaders move through the levels of the organization (from lower to upper), skill importance moves from technical to human to conceptual. Based on my situation, I was followed the skill approach because I have the technical skill when I have prepared the templet for the report and the presentation. It was true that we have achieved our goal but still I have to work more in my leadership style, I used to be very supportive with the team member and sometimes I did some of their work but it will not be useful for long term and that is my weakness I have to be more directive specially they are all high educated. Any leader should keep learning and developing his style based on the organization needs and focus to cover all approach by taking courses and experience to achieve their success and the organization
