My leadership Philosophy My leadership philosophy is based off of the Army values, particularly: Loyalty, Respect, and Integrity. I believe if you want to be a successful leader it is imperative to actually follow and believe in the Army values. Without emulating how you want your Soldier’s to act, you will not be successful as a leader. In becoming a better leader, I look to those who have had an impact on me. I’ve had senior NCO’s who I would follow without question and I’ve had some who I lost all respect for because of how they carried themselves. Respecting your Soldier’s, no matter what rank, is very important to me as a leader. Disrespect is not tolerated. If you show others loyalty and respect they will show you loyalty and respect,
