I remember first hearing “The Lazy Song” by Bruno Mars on the radio hanging out at a friends house, The chill vibes of the Lazy song resonated with me. This song makes me feel good, not only that but the lyrics itself fit my personality. I am very guilty of being lazy just like this songs lyrics. In school I heavily procrastinate and often put half effort into my work. A lot frequently, of times when I’m assigned work, I won't do it till like a week later. The chorus of the song is “Today I don't feel like doing anything”, which most people at least feel from time to time. Another part of the chorus talks about not wanting to pick up the phone, and this is relatable to me because most times when I’m relaxing I Just want to chill and not get disturbed. The line about staring at the fan, and watching tv fits me because of how I Like to be unproductive and usually just hang out at home. Another line that reminds me of how I am with my school work is where he says “I might mess around with my college degree” then “but sorry pops you’ll just have to wait”. …show more content…

He then says “cause I ain't going anywhere”, which is again very relatable to me because I usually don't.” The last relatable point is where he says he just want to were his birthday suit and let everything hang loose represents the lack of motivation getting dressed.
