Report
Abstract
This report contains the brief explanation of ethical framework and its importance in many areas of human life. Main guidelines of the “Apple” company with precise descriptions are mentioned in this report, too. There are also comparisons of those frameworks with the “Killer Robot case study” and the expected results that might be happen if they implement that code of ethics for the “Silicone Techtronics” and of course, if the stuff obeys those principles.
Introduction (section)

It is obvious that, if an employer is not inspired in a required way to do the desired work and besides, have a pressure on him, the possibility of being successful at that work is very low. This reason might be count the causes of failure of the project “Robbie CX30”. Johnson even implicitly blackmailed project manager – Sam Reynolds and software tester – Cindy Yardley with their and others’ job, which is another type of violation of the framework.

While Ray Johnson announcing the “Ivory Snow Theory” of software design and development, he mentioned that this is the purest robotics software, however it has also insufficient parts, itself. Apart from that, twenty new programmers who were hired later on, was not provided with enough information about this project. So, they were not as helpful as the previous team members, in terms of speeding up a software project.
Protection of Intellectual Property
Supplier shall respect intellectual property rights and safeguard customer information. Supplier shall manage technology and know-how in a manner that protects intellectual property rights.
Compared to “Apple”, the member of “Silicon Techtronics” – Randy Samuels violated the copyright by applying the same code from a commercial software package to “CX30 Robotics”
A code of ethics is a formal document in which is used to assist members of an organization, to know what’s ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’ in the work place and applying it to their decisions. A code of ethics is a written set of rules or guidelines to help the workers and management ‘conduct’ or direct their actions with its primary values and ethical standards. A code of ethics is important because without it, employees and management wouldn’t have guidelines and the establishment would resemble a crazy house. Consider the establishment, Dunkin Donuts. Dunkin Donuts is a food establishment well-known for their famous donuts, coffee and their slogan “America runs on Dunkin”. Without a code of ethics, the industry would most likely be extremely hard to control.
Without them, we are merely on our own to determine what is right. Some without morals may take advantage of that, which would look unjust in the eyes of the public. A code of ethics provides a guide for dealing with ethical situations which arise in the course of the job. They are not a clear cut set of rules or policies for all situations, rather a set of statements of professional belief which should inform members of the profession about the viewpoints they should consider when making a decision.
The Code of Ethical Conduct provides professionals with a guideline as to how to address situations in the field in a profession manner by providing theory (ideals) and practice (principles) in four major areas which involve our ethical responsibility with children, families, colleagues, community and
Ethics is the standard that are set by a person or organizations based from their beliefs, the values they hold, moral rules they have that helps them make the right or wrong decision, how to act when confronted with a moral dilemma. Setting an ethical standard and a set of rules is critical to having healthy employees, customers, and ultimately a healthy organization.
My personal code of ethics outlines the values and principles, which I believe in and rely on in life; the code determines the decisions I make concerning my daily activities and my association with family, colleagues, and the society. The values and principles also act as my main point of reference when I am faced with a dilemma and need to make a sound dec...

Ethics deals with actions with adequate standard of attitudes, behavior that is pleasing to the people or organizations. Every job has a code of ethical conduct that is supposed to be is followed. In the paragraphs that follow you will be introduced to the Code of Ethics as outlined by IEEE, and what it means to its members. A comprehensive summarization will be provided for each guideline along with examples of how this code has been recently violated. The vast world of technology, as ever-changing as it is, can affect almost everyone in any aspect of life. This being the case it is important that we as students and engineers adhere to the guidelines set forth by the IEEE, and commit to conduct ourselves to act in a professional and ethical manner. While this is the conduct expected to be exemplified by the members of IEEE, many organizations and firms have similar codes to which they too expect their members to follow.
