jason's cognitive profile { jason is an isfp, which means his cognitive functions are, in order, fi=se=ni=te. each function and its placement reveals jason's course of judging and perceiving obtainable information, which gives insight to how he operates but more importantly why he operates like he does. below i will state and briefly describe his cognitive functions, thus hopefully enabling a more thorough profile of him.

dominant fi = introverted feeling is an introverted judging function which, as its name suggests, has an internal focus on how one feels about things, what this says about oneself, and how it correlates to one's values. fi is not instinctively concerned with society's principles, but the individual's, whose morals may or …show more content…

te enables utilitarianism and efficiency in reaching set goals. however, when te is in an inferior position, the function's qualities barely applies to the dominant fi-user. the dominant and inferior functions are each other's polar opposites, which causes an immature dynamic between the two functions. as for dominant fi-users, their fi finds their te too assertive and unsympathetic for their liking, but their fi is dependant on their te, like it or not. since inferior te is the least developed function, and most likely the most immature or unhealthy as well, the te's qualities are ‘reversed’, so to speak. dominant fi-users are, unlike strong te-users, indecisive, disorganized, and procrastinating because their weak te disenables the knowledge of how to apply logic outside their internal world. dominant fi-users are also prone to use their inferior te to backup their fi under stress, which can cause them to be austere, militant, and unwilling to negotiate. at best, inferior te will grant the user the ability to apply their principles into the external reality and become efficient in reaching their goals, and having superiority complex about one's individuality and morals at
