Title: Making samosa
Specific purpose: To demonstrate to my audience how to make samosa.
Thesis: Today I will demonstrate the five steps of making samosa. I'll show you how to gather materials, make the paste and the stuffing, Fold the samosa, and cook the samosa.

I. Attention Getter: Have you ever had Middle Eastern food? Well if you have you've must of heard about samosas. Samosa is a very popular appetizer made of a thin sheet dough which can be stuffed with a variety of stuffing. Such as meat, potatoes, cheese, carrots, beans and chicken. It can even be fried or cooked in the oven until it is crispy and served with different dips.

Credibility material: Samosas are perfect for gatherings, holidays and like I said before especially on Ramadan. I've been making samosas for quite a while it's kinda like a routine for me in Ramadan. I've made samosa with all sort of varieties stuffed inside them.

First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. When the samosas start turning light brown flip them over and brush with a bit of oil and add about 5 more minutes or until the samosas are completely light brown.
