Anxiety So this is all about anxiety. Anxiety is a very serious thing, especially anxiety attacks. I had an Anxiety attack yesterday and today. It's not the greatest thing ever, it's really horrible. Well whenever you feel fear your brain senses that fear and responds to it. With having one of these attacks it takes a lot out of your body, it physically drains everything out of you(Smith lindsey, Taylor Brittany). This is what a anxiety attack feels like. “It is 4 a.m., and your palms are sweating,your heart feels like is going to explode out of your chest”(Smith lindsey, Taylor Brittany ). When you have an anxiety attack, you feel like your heart is going to beat out of your chest. You also get very weak and sweaty. It is a very scary thing to go through. Ok so what this means is that when you're in bed at night and you feel there something there with you and no one else is in the room, so you start to sweat. Your hands and even your whole body can be covered in sweat. Then you heart is racing and pounding so fast and hard you feel like you are going to die. That’s what an Anxiety attack feels like. It sounds horrible, but it's the truth, and it happens to so many
Anxiety is a monster that most people have to deal with on a daily basis. Even though anxiety is not actually a monster it still torments thousands of people every day, leaving them weak and scared. It has been stated that mental disorders like anxiety can dramatically alter this lens, shift a person’s worldview, or greatly modify their personality. It is my desire to study this phenomena and discover consistent differences in the perspectives of those with anxiety. Everything suddenly becomes unfamiliar and I’m no longer comfortable in my own skin. I’m absolutely terrified and unable to collect thoughts properly. Tormenting-thoughts shoot left and right through my brain and after each hit I find my heart beating faster by the second. My chest becomes tight and it is hard to breathe. I’m paralyzed with fear; it is impossible to find the right words to say, and I have a sudden aura of loneliness. I am having a panic attack.
