Learning is the act of acquiring new, or adapting and strengthening, existing knowledge, behaviors, skills, abilities, values, or feelings and may involve creating different types of information. The ability to learn is influenced by humans, animals, plants and some machines. Development over time tends to follow learning camber. It does not happen all at once, but builds upon and is shaped by previous knowledge. To that end, learning may be viewed as a process, rather than a collection of truthful and technical knowledge (Wikipedia.com). Learning is now part of our lives either in our home, school, in our work, even in our surroundings. Learning is what makes us excel to become better. Some of the fresh graduates are saying it’s true. In instance, they graduated in BSIE major in Electronics but they are teaching cosmetology after they graduated. And while progress has been made in these areas, demonstration-based learning has been relatively disused by the science of learning (Salas & Cannon-Bowers, 2001; Tannenbaum & Yukl, 1992). As Goldstein & Ford, 2002 clearly defined that training as the systematic acquisition of the knowledge, skills and attitudes (KSA’s) necessary for effective performance in work environments. A. Maun and Teresa Winnitoy the demonstration is a teaching technique and procedure which provides a synthesis between formal lecture sessions and modified systems of instruction. It provides a valuable supplement to lectures providing the opportunity for personal interaction between students and instructors and among students themselves. The active participation by the students in the learning process makes it an effective teaching technique. This can be an result that demonstration method can be effective in teaching-learning process Dr. Rovelina Bucao-Jacolbia of PUP-Manila stated to her study that Demonstrations are practical presentations of processes/procedures/skills which are designed to illustrate theoretical principles.
