What is action plan?
Action Plan is the “roadmap” that ensure all students reach their full academic potential and are prepared to succeed and meet specific goals that are set in the plan. In other words, it is a systematic way of defining a goal, figuring out strategies for meeting the goal, and deciding how you will assess whether you have met the goal. In education, teachers can use action plans in relation to their own professional goals, and they can also use them to work with students. Action also includes information and advice on using a range of technology in your lessons, from the tape recorder to the computer. Lesson plans are very well organized including visuals for the materials being illustrated. Academic vocabulary is addressed in many ways. Creating a plan of action for developing a teaching tool is similar to creating a nursing care plan. Many of the steps for each are the same. After a teaching opportunity is recognized, the first step in the action plan is to gain the support of stakeholders. This is considered the assessment phase. For my project, meeting with the unit manager, associate director, and nursing staff allows for discovering multiple viewpoints and gaining insight into potential problems or resources.
This process can be challenging for mentors and student hence it is beneficial to involve practice teacher and education tutor in order to formulate a remedial action plan that is SMART ( specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely) (Vinales, 2015). This approach will identify to the student area for development, what needs to be demonstrated, how this can be demonstrated and a review date in line with the NMC (2008) standards to supporting learning and assessment. On review, students’ achievement will be evident on reflection on action plan, student feedback on performance assessing and questioning the student (Vinales,
...ure that important decisions that will ultimately affect the students' life are not based solely on a single score. It is also important to set long-term and short-term goals for each school to reach. Each school would have its own set schedule for its short-term goals, but the long-term goals for all schools would be the same. This would allow for the smaller schools with less funding reaching these goals in a reasonable amount of time.
The second event is informing the learners of purposes, objectives or goals. It is also a must for teachers to inform students on what they want to teach that day and what their expectations towards their students are. It is still relevance to be applied until now. This second event is important because students need to know what the expectations from their teachers towards them are. In addition, when students know the purposes, objectives or goals...
Another benefit of using this action plan is that it helps to create milestones and timelines, which are essential for skill development and achieving success. Additionally, it can help identify other options as I progress on this career journey.
As teachers we plan our lessons and think to ourselves, "my students are going to love this lesson and will be able to understand what I am teaching", but sometimes that isn 't the case. You may plan a lesson in hopes that your students understand but it doesn 't go as planned. Every student learns differently and thinks differently and because of this we, as teachers must learn to differentiate our lessons. This may require us to change the way we deliver our lesson, change the activities for our lessons or even change the wording of our material so students understand. In this paper, I will be differentiating a lesson plan based on student readiness, student interest and student learning profile for content, process, and product.
A teacher’s responsibilities are to ensure that every student gets the education that they deserve from a well-structured curriculum and materials. Within the teacher’s responsibilities a strong foundation of instruction has to be implemented, this is why instructional strategies are significant in a teacher’s career. The strategies for instruction vary from teacher to teacher; as a result there are no specific ways to employ strategies within instruction. The main purpose of this essay is to display knowledge of methods that are involved in teaching second language instruction for various ages and levels of students. Setting goals and priorities are an important part of any successful plan. By setting goals you are making a statement about what you wish to accomplish. Goals provide you with focus and motivation. You are more likely to get things done when you set goals for yourself. Priorities are the key to helping you to meet those goals. Priories help you to determine what tasks need to be done and when. Setting priorities keeps you on track and on time.
Since then, Basic Principles of Curriculum and Instruction has been a standard reference for anyone working with curriculum development. Although not a strict how-to guide, the book shows how educators can critically approach curriculum planning, studying progress and retooling when needed. Its four sections focus on setting objectives, selecting learning experiences, organizing instruction, and evaluating progress. Readers will come away with a firm understanding of how to formulate educational objectives and how to analyze and adjust their plans so that students meet the objectives. Tyler also explains that curriculum planning is a continuous, cyclical process, an instrument of education that needs to be fine-tuned.

Educational action research can be engaged in by a single teacher, by a group of colleagues who share an interest in a common problem, or by the entire faculty of a school. Whatever the scenario, action research always involves the same seven-step process. These seven steps, which become an endless cycle for the inquiring teacher, are the following:

This will guide them to realize how their actions and decisions will affect themselves and others.
