First I will define job satisfaction is the level of satisfaction at work places. It can be a positive and the employee is satisfied. And can be negative and the employee will not be satisfied and in most cases it is determining the state of mind of the employee and how he can perform at a certain job or task because job satisfaction is very related to performance. It also defines how pleased an individual is with his or her job. It is mostly related to reasons that are involving the work places in all cases and affects the ability of the employee to satisfy the needs and desires and expectations within the work environment.
I did interview with the director of human resource in my company Mir Mohammed Bin Ali and he say (we trust that the structure of comfortable environment for employees play a key role in the success of any organization and we work in quality size to devise a solution to help in active listening to the employee voice and the size of job satisfaction and level of feeling of staff that they are a link with the goals of the institution. System works as link and measure the levels of job satisfaction through electronic questionnaire to employees than analyze the electronic questionnaires based on the organizational structure of the institution of more development methods in the world.

The importance of job satisfaction is clear in many ways where it is mainly linked to performance where those that have high satisfaction are mostly performing better than others. It is also very important because it shows the level of adherence to the company procedures because people that are more satisfied are in most cases having stronger relationship with their management and colleagues and also their relationship with the whol...

In the equity theory the management should treat the employee equally and fairly. For example 1 employee and 2 employee are working in same department same job and they gets same benefits for the company. However 1 get promoted and 2 not, so the outcome will be disappointed of 2 employee and decrease the productivity.

In any organization the management can measure their employee satisfaction by many tools such as midyear surveys employees outcome performance, by measuring staff development at work, lessening amount of problems in the company. In my opinion these are the cavities that organization can use to promote employees satisfaction at work which are given the employee power, to treat all employee fairly and give the employee variety of jobs.
