The impact of motivation on employees’ performance.
Employee performance defines the individual performance and behavior. It is essential to understand that performance is not merely a tasks and work need to be done to receive bonus or pay increase. Main objective is to enhance the skills set of an individual while helping the business performance (Baker, 1999).
Furthermore, most organization used the performance to determine the abilities and productivity of the employees. In an organization, employees set their objectives for the year and they monitor it and develop the right skills to achieve the target (Vallerand, 1993).

In 1997, Development Dimension International (DDI) carried out interviews, literature reviews and surveys to study the effective service environment. They found that there is a good strong relationship between employee performance and loyalty and its effects on increasing company productivity and profitability.
