Music is a good form of expression because it has benefited me throughout the years. Music made me more creative. Music helped me through a depression. Music helps explore different emotions. Some people even focus better when they listen to music. Great things have came through expressing myself though music. I have avoided many arguments and saved myself the stress because music calms me down. I believe that music can make one more intellectual. Playing instruments using both hands helps you use more than one side of your brain. Therefore I feel like it can make one more creative. Being young and not knowing how to express my feelings I turned to music as my escape. I believe it has had an influence on the kind of person I am today. Music is a coping mechanism for me. Music has always affected my mood and am sure others as well. When I played my guitar I always felt like I was talking through the strings. Music also helped me feel much more relaxed in my state of devastation. I felt at ease when I sang or played my guitar. The harmonies of certain songs made me so relaxed I would feel like I was laying on the beach. Music helped me explore my emotions and made me in touch with feelings I was used to ignoring. I always avoided my feeling I never wanted to feel vulnerable. Music made me more open minded to exploring my feeling. I was always the kind of person that never wanted to share my emotions or become emotionally

Ever since I was young, music has been a big part of my life and how I express myself. Music became an extremely important part of my life during my early teen years when I truly began to change physically and mentally. I began to have new experiences with others and began the process of figuring out who I really am. Without music, I do not know how I would express myself or how I would have endured my adolescence.
Music helped me realized that i am an auditory learner and helped me become a better multitasker what with musical, school work, and ski team happening all in the same season. Learning new pieces has always been a great experience for me and i’ve loved every
Music is something that I believe we could not live without. There is a quote by a philosopher named Friedrich Nietzschethat says “without music, life would be a mistake”. I interpret this to mean that humans would not be creative if it were not for music. There is a reason that music can take us where word cannot. When you hear so many different sounds coming together to make a perfect harmony it is obvious that no words can make you feel the same way as the music. The best thing about music is that there are literally too many genres to choose from. There are different genres of music for any mood you are in. The origins behind these different genres is an interesting and rich history that is begging to be studied and written about. Let me explain....
Music in my life is really has become a positive thing. I get to relax when I am stressed out, or it gets me pumped up before I do something that would be hard for me or that would need a lot of work for me to do. If I am studying, I would listen to music that is calming with lyrics or with a very good beat such as dubstep. When I am really stressed out with school, I like to lie down and listen to alternative music such as Fall Out Boy, Cage the Elephant, or Twenty One Pilots to calm me
It is true that music has a compact link to our emotions. Music assists people to overcome the bad situations in their life, just like it did for Sonny, the barmaid, or some other people in the Harlem. Music has a tremendous effect on people’s minds because it makes them feel relaxed and comfortable, especially with the soft classical music. It helps distressed people stay smooth and peaceful. In fact, music is a remarkable way to ease stress.
Throughout my life, music has always been a major influence. It has the power to change my mood when I'm feeling down, but the thing I find most intriguing about music is that it doesn't always end up improving your mood: like all forms of art, it imitates life, which is not always portrayed in a positive light. The musicians that I admire most have the versatility to induce several different emotional responses in the same piece. This quality is present in most of the wide variety of music I listen to, from Russian composer Dmiti Shostakovich, to Chicago jazz band Tortoise, to California pop/rock sextet Mr. Bungle.
Music has been known throughout time. It can help us through everything. There are so many solutions with music to help a person go through so many situations. Music can affect many people in many different ways. Without music some people would be lost and would have no motivation. Music can provide inspiration and insight through education. Music has influence on suicides, killings and shootings, and provocative actions. It can also influence good morals, respect, allowing differences, health, and much more. Music can come in many forms and categories and music is very good for the world.
Having music in your life is very important. Music is one of the most powerful things in the world today. Many people make a lot of money making music because of its popularity. It may not be the same genre of music, but everybody likes it. Personally music helps me from day to day. When I am stressed I listen to it to calm me down. When I am sad I listen to it to make me happy. When my spirit is down I listen to gospel to bring it back up. Without music I do not know what I would do. I believe that there is music for every person and problem they may have. It helps me, and I know it will help

Music has always been a big part of my life. Music is not just a bunch of melodies, rhythms, and vibrant sounds. It is a comfort to me.
