“How I demonstrate Professionalism as an employee of MBPS.”

I truly believe that each of us is born to be someone that gives inspiration to one another. No matter how small or big our achievements are; respect for each other is the reason why we are living in peace.

As a child I always dreamt of having a fairytale life but as years passed by this fairytale dream kind of thinking became aware of how reality can hit you back. This generation has caused a lot of drastic change in terms of lifestyle, personal preferences and even how we want to succeed in life. Now, after 22 years in trying to live the “Y.O.L.O” life I am venturing on a career path that I can say I enjoy doing. Few months of working in MBPS has made me eager to strive further to reach my goal. Without respect you can never be professional. Respect is the beginning of a great service. If you have respect with what you are doing, your co-workers, clients, the company and even those you barely know within your workplace, you are one step ahead in justifying being professional. Showing respect and treating all people like they matter the most are good characteristic that always make difference not only in the workplace but you as a person too. The company can set their rules and grounds to measure professionalism of their employees but at the end of the line it is you who will determine if you did respect or disrespect someone on your entire career. Being professional should be a subconscious effort in the fact that it should always be applied.
