There are many obvious ways to increase customer attendance. Outstanding customer service, clean facilities, and a hard working staff will almost undoubtedly keep people returning to your theater. But with technology constantly evolving, theater owners should take the initiative to increase customer attendance in a more nontraditional way. The social media industry has boomed, with millions of people from all demographics logging on to see what is occurring in the world. This relatively new technology can be used to market movie theaters. For example, our theater has a Facebook page with over one thousand likes. This is a great tool to maintain constant contact with our customers. The Facebook page allows us to easily update our customers on our current movies and promotions.
