Currently I am enrolled at the University of Nebraska as a bachelor of fine arts with an emphasis on graphic design. One of the greatest and most overlooked tasks of a graphic design professional is dealing with the customer. Not a lot of graphic design students think about that, so thinking this would give me an upper hand; so, I enrolled in a business communications class. My current written communication skills are lacking to non-existent. My English grammar is terrible, before this class I would be hard-pressed without the Internet to tell you what an adjective, conjunction, or even a pronoun was. I understand that it’s going to be a lot of work, but I truly believe that I’m up for the task of doing what is required. Currently I do not work, but I am a full-time student and after discussing with my wife we figured it would be best for me just to go to school. Going to school is my full-time job. Some of my favorite activities include spending time with my wife, playing games (Card/Board), doing (artsy) crafts, and woodworking. The project I am most proud of is my wife’s bed (The Princess bed).

I am the youngest of five children, and I love my family so much. I have a beautiful wife and two dogs. I graduated from Madison high school just south of Norfolk. And I went to Central community college (Hastings), and graduated with us and Associates of construction technology. Learning to build houses, furniture, and manage a construction company were just a few things we did there. I am dyslexic, but I don’t let that get in the way of learning what I need to learn.
