2: Jobs Titles and Business Cards, Create a feeling between the team that they are all equal and everybody is together in the task will make them work better and motivate them, such as the whole team had a laseez faire type of leadership which made everyone have their own view and work together which led their success in the intern program. Billy and Nick united the team by motivating them and inspiring them with their references which created confidence, teamwork and motivation in the team, negotiations were shown twice with billy and nick first when billy wanted to join google and nick didn’t but after a negotiation they dicided to apply for google. And when billy failed the hotline task he left the team and nick after a successful negotiation billy decided to come back to the team and they ended up winning the
