Facebook was created in 2004, it was originally for Harvard students. Since then, the site can be used by anybody thirteen, and up. In 2010 there were over 500 million users. Facebook was the most used social networking site in the world. Users can create personal profiles, exchange messages with other users, post pictures, and videos. There are four components that a legally astute manager must have in order to be effective. He must have a value-laden attitude. Know how to apply it in order achieve the success of the firm. Mangers must be able to use the law to create value, and also give the firm a competitive advantage over its competitors. The law is the guideline of how a business shall conduct themselves morally.
