Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS)
Food Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are written documents and procedures that are vital to produce safe food. It is important to have these SOPs in place and to train foodservice workers to use them. (The team sops also use as job instructor or work instructor)
Benefits of SOPs
In addition to helping promote food safety and prevent food recalls, SOPs can do the following:
1. Provide as the basis for implement a useful plan to include worker training as well as a device for on-the-floor training and improvement.

3. Corrective actions and defensive measures can be recognizing in order to deal with each.
