Final Fitness Testing Critique and Analysis
During the class we had done fitness three weeks throughout the semester, it occurred every five weeks. My reflection will talk about my strengths, my weaknesses, and mental health.
Within the three weeks we did fitness testing i most improved in my muscular strength, and cardiovascular. More specifically in the muscular strength category standing long jump. The first time I did the task I had 160, then 181, then 190. It increased each time and an large amount each time but by an single digit. During class we played hand and the rules is that you can only take 3 steps, and people try to take as big as an step as they could. This has helped my long jump because it will train my muscles to extend at excessive rates. In the category cardiovascular my most improved is my beep test. The first week that our class did fitness testing I received 7.2 then 7.7. The reason that might be test had increased and level was because of the activities we did in class, such as playing Soccer and volleyball. Soccer will help me achieve in greater detail supple because you have to chase down a certain point to receive the ball or relist the ball, which will increase my speed. Volleyball helps with running and then being able to turn. In volleyball if it is out of your reach you need to run to

My push-ups had exceeded 50 then decrease to 40 again to 30. For my decreasing results was responsible for me not participating to my full amounts in warm-up. From this point forward I can exercise my arms with weights and do warm-up to help increase my results next time. my shoulder flexibility had increased from -1 to 0, then decreased to -2. This is from Emina stretching after doing a workout or participating in class, which will make my muscles tighter and let's flexible which is my results originated

After completing the Clifton strength finders test, I learned my dominant strengths and it gave me a sense on what areas I am strong in. It allows you to work in the areas that you are good in and not in the ones you might not be as strong in. My top five strengths were learner, connectedness, belief, positivity, and includer. A lot of these I figured I would have because I am an athlete and I love to be positive. That is good because I practice these strengths every day which in turn will make me better at them and will allow me to use them in my career.
Part A - Question 1: Measure and analyse both a range of skill-related and health-related components of fitness for your chosen sport. Examine at least two fitness testing methods when analysing the question above.
The Beck Anxiety Inventory was designed by Aaron T. Beck and is self report scale that consists of 21 items. The items are short and straightforward, making it easy to read and comprehend. All items are related to anxiety and describe a symptom of anxiety that is rate on a four point likert scale according to severity. The answers range from 0-3 and the responses range from “not at all” to “severely; I could barely stand it” and all items are added for a total score. The instructions on the test ask for the respondent to “indicate how much you have been bothered by each symptom during the past week, including today, by placing an X in the corresponding space in the column next to each symptom” (Dowd, 2008). The assessment is intended for adolescents and adults and can be administered individually or in a group setting. An additional copy of the inventory test is also available in Spanish. It was originally created from a sample of 810 outpatients of that were predominately affected by mood and anxiety disorders and research on the original development is described as informative and thorough.

During the Fitness Marking Period, I have improved on my overall fitness and achieved some of my goals. My first goal was to complete 3 push ups in 2 minutes. However, for the post assessment, I stayed the same with only 1 push up. I did not accomplish this goal because I need to improve my upper body strength. A pushup works your triceps, deltoids, and pectoralis major. This means I did not have enough muscle strength here. Therefore, I will focus on working these muscles. My plan is to do more exercises that involve triceps, deltoids, and pectoralis major. I will do tricep dips and lateral raises with 4-pound kettlebells. I will do these exercises Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, having the others day to rest those muscles. For each exercise, I will do 10 to 15 reps and complete 2 to 3 sets. Furthermore, to improve my pectorals, I will bench press about 9 pounds doing 10 to 15 reps and 2 to 3 sets. After doing this for about a month, I hope to achieve my goal of 3 push ups in 2 minutes.
To begin, I am going to write about my weaknesses and how they transitioned into strengths. First, I remember after each assignment in class was introduced I
Throughout the course of this class I have had the opportunity to learn about the physiology of the human body and many different ways that can be used to measure one’s physical fitness level. In order to determine one’s fitness level, multiple tests can be performed to test different aspects of ones fitness and when these tests are combined together can be used to assess one’s overall fitness level. Coming into this class I was unsure of my fitness level and the areas in which I needed to improve, but I figured that my numbers wouldn’t be too terrible since I got to the gym about 3 times a week and spend a great deal of time walking. Taking all of these into consideration I went ahead and tried to assess my fitness level by conducting the

There are also four other health fitness components that can improve your overall fitness besides cardiovascular endurance. Muscular strength is the amount of force a muscle can produce in a single effort. Muscular endurance is the ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue. Flexibility is the ability to bend and move the joints through the full range of motion. Body composition is the ratio of your body fat to the amount of lean muscles, bones, and
