In order to conduct our final project and achieve the outcomes we wanted, many skills were needed. Teamwork and cooperation were the most important skills because I was working with two people who I have never worked with before. Communicating with the others was difficult at first, and since they already knew each other it was hard to put my input in. After we spent time out of class together it became natural and we all worked really well together. Working with surveys was a necessary skill too. We used google forms a platform I had used in the past and having the prior knowledge made the survey past of the project easier. Administering the survey over a wide range of people is something I had never done before, but those skills were easily obtained.

Over Thanksgiving break, I spent much time trying to decide how we were going to present the project to the class. Everyone in our group contributed equally towards the content of the project, but I was mainly the one to piece it all together for display. This part of the project may seem easy, but it took many attempts and fails to say and show what we meant. I enjoy making slideshows, so naturally I took lead on this role. All of us sent out the survey, but in order to make sure we got more answers I put an announcement on my sorority/fraternity Facebook page. I think I deserve the letter grade of an A for this work because it was time consuming over break and I feel very passionate about the results. At first I was unsure how my group would work, but we pulled through and I am very proud of the final product. It was the first time I have done any work like this, as for we are all Freshman.
