The time I received a service that I was not satisfied with was a time when I went to a hotel to have a meal and waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to attend to me. Later the hotel attendant came to me and was rude when I complained about having waited for long and the need to improve their service. Basically, I was not satisfied with the way my complaint was handled.
