Refer to my career goal and passion which is to become project manger of IBM. So I have to work in that way to reach goal. To become a project manager sequential steps are required. Directly a software developer cannot become a project manager .It requires time and experience of an organisation to deal with the team and to manage them effectively. In a business or a workplace, it is essential for the organization, which consists of the employers, the managers, and their employees, to work towards reward programs within the human resources in order to create a healthy and cordial work environment and most importantly, to efficiently achieve business’ goals.
