Mass people believe children can enhance their skills better at a younger age, and when you are an adult, it is harder to grasp and perfect their skills. Older people have to run that extra mile to achieve and improve upon their skills, but it is possible to achieve the skills. In order to achieve and improve upon those skills, you have to be proactive. There are two skills attaining, obtaining organizational skills and having the patience in reaching your goal. Older people usually do not try to learn different types of activities, because society changes their mindset, resulting them to do their repetitive day life. It was like learning an entire ancient language. Even though I would get frustrated in playing the notes and stumbled upon countless errors, I kept striving forward and practiced every day. I was a 2nd violin during the time in an orchestra and sometimes I would secretly grab 1st violin music sheets because I wanted to learn more about the music of violin and have more practice. It was super hard at first because I did not know what I was doing, but I had my violin teacher help me with different rough positions and watched online tutorials. I think the hardest position was 4th position on the E string, that was a pure inferno. Playing the violin has taught me to strive your goals and be proactive, because if I did not have a positive mind, I would have quite long time ago when I first began playing. Even though I still have difficulties playing the violin, playing a beautiful instrument has shaped me to run that extra mile and try harder. It has made me grow to be a more confident female because during orchestra class there would be intense rehearsals. I had to know every scale and had to play a piece the teacher provided

For almost 8 years of my life, playing the cello has influenced my life in so many extraordinary ways. Choosing the cello over any instrument, was probably one of the best decisions I will have ever made, in the 5th grade. The violin was way too high, the viola was way too small, while the upright bass was way too big. I knew at that very moment that the cello was the instrument that I wanted to play. The warmth of the instruments tone, and the powerful sound that came out of the f-holes drew me in so quickly.
In our world, learning is more available to people. New knowledge is important for every person who like to gain information. This kind of people have their brain changing. The plasticity is responsible about that fact in the brain. The plasticity gives the brain the ability to grow up day after day. New language, dance and other activities help the brain to develop. Teaching English as a foreign language is not an easy task and need a lot of hard work, especially for young learners. However, starting earlier is not the solution for producing better English speakers. EFL teachers of young learners have to follow some strategies and techniques to understand and teach young learners better. YL Students who aged 5-12 can not spend two or three hours sitting on chairs and listening to teachers lectures as adults do. They lose interest more quickly and less able to keep motivated on tasks for long time because these students have short attention spans and are easily distracted. YL Students will be usually learning very basic material but a skillful teacher has to design creative lessons that get students attention and participation during the class, such as moving around and speaking with one another.
