1. Easy transfer to full-time positions

I received training for several weeks before getting hired as a temporary employee at ABL. My experience as a temp was better than expected because my trainer delivered important information in an easy-to-understand way, effortless to execute, covering every useful aspect of the job in a small amount of time. Since I am a fast learner, I picked up relatively quickly. From there, I worked for 2 years as a FTC and I am very pleased with my experience at this company. The assignments were clearly explained and easy to do and help provided when I misunderstood something or needed additional assistance. Making a transfer from training to a temporary worker and finally to an established position was a smooth process.

2. Limited frustrations

The staff always kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well on the job site. They would suggest easier ways I could complete the job, or food that I could eat to make me feel better, and even gave me advice on yoga and meditation exercises. It seemed they really cared. All my supervisors and managers were ready to help with any issues that came up by going to the next level to help mend any problems that happened, and answered all of my pressing questions on time. Moreover, my trainers gave me the necessary skills to help develop my capabilities for long-term benefits to use in another field. However, if I wanted to become a trainer at this company today, I feel confident enough to succeed because I learned so much while on the job. My 2 years at this company has been wonderful and supremely beneficial, so I would definitely seek future employment here again. Also, I never felt pressure to do anything.
