Taking a test for personalities I found that my personality is ENFJ. I researched more on what it meant to have this personality. I learned more each time I researched. But where I was surprised is that it was like I was looking into a mirror as a read more about ENFJ. In this paper I’m going to describe this personality. From the general meaning, the type of careers, and their strength and weakness. ENFJ are people that are out spoken and leaders but also let other people’s feelings get to them.
ENGJ Description
ENFJs are natural born leaders, they are also full of passion, charisma, pride and joy. They make up around two percent of the world population. They like to guide others to work together to improve themselves and their community. But even though they like to help others, they generally believe in their dreams and hopes.

They are able to neglect themselves and their own needs for the needs of others. They often take on more burdens than a general person can take. “ENFJs radiate authenticity, concern and altruism, unafraid to stand up and speak when they feel something needs to be said” (unknown, ENFJ PERSONALITY, 2015). They find it natural and easy to communicate with others.
ENFJs in the Work Place
ENFJs are intelligent, warm, idealistic, creative and social. They are simply likeable people and have success wherever they have a chance to work. They quickly make an impression on their managers. Also they are quick leaners and excellent multitaskers. They are hardworking, reliable and eager to help anyone that needs help. ENFJs true place to be, is in managing teams. “ENFJs combine their skill in recognizing individual motivations with their natural charisma to not only push their teams and projects forward, but to make their teams want to push forward” (unknown, ENFJ PERSONALITY, 2015).
