Art is a beautiful way for historians and students to see how our people evolved. From each time period to the next, one can spot the differences that made each art style different and special. Some examples that art is a product of its own context are from Egyptian art to Islamic art, and all the way to the Romanesque Europe art period. The way each of these art styles differ and evolve from each other are extraordinary, which show their own conventions of representation. The Great three pyramids of Gizeh were built in between a 75-year period. These iconic pyramids were built for the afterlife of the pharaohs. They were made out of limestone blocks and showed how their society felt about the afterlife, investing tons of time and money to build these pristine structures. The pyramids that the Egyptians made were classified into two broad groups. The Egyptians usually used a square base for their pyramids, basing their structures on a square, and building up and inwards into a pyramid.
