There is also an eclectic gift shop with antique toys, accessories, and stationary." Many people think of Cracker Barrel as a restaurant to stop at on trips because they know it will be good. Taking this into consideration, restaurant-goers hold Cracker Barrel to high standards of cleanliness, service, taste, and atmosphere in which Cracker Barrel is very strong. The food should be exactly as the patron ordered. It should not be over or under cooked. Restaurants should strive to use the freshest and most tender meat. The chicken should be grilled to perfection with Cracker Barrel's signature southern flavor. The macaroni should be creamy and cheesy and it clumpy. The fries should be fresh out the frier and not old. All the food should be served as it is done being cooked. It should not sit out and get cold. In reality, Cracker Barrel delivered in all of these aspects. The chicken was fresh and tasted great. It is grilled perfectly and easy to cut. The macaroni is creamy and cheesy just as expected. The fries are fried just right. Once again Cracker Barrel passes another test. It does not disappoint in the taste or quality category as it being one of Cracker Barrel's strongest selling points. While expecting excellent service, great food, and a clean restaurant; foodies desire a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy while
Chick-fil-A recognizes that their brand promise starts the minute the customer enters the premises. When a store opens for the first time, the franchised operator doesn’t just see an opportunity to sell his food product, but rather a “chance to interact, build community, and engage with customers and the community at large. We do this in a variety of ways. First and foremost, we strive to provide 2nd Mile Service to each customer. As we work to continuously improve, we want customers to experience something unique. We want to build community and create relationships between our customers and our food, people and restaurants” [3].
Buffalo Wild Wings was founded in 1982 by two longtime friends, Jim Disbrow and Scott Lowery. Disbrow was born in Kentucky and moved to Cincinnati Ohio, when he turned 11 so he could live with figure-skating coaches David and Rita Lowery the two later became his legal guardians. Their son Scott Lowery who was 1 when Disbrow moved in with the Lowerys, grew up regarding him as a brother. Disbrow was a rather gifted skater, so much so that he was named an alternate to the 1968 Winter Olympics in France for the United States Skating team. In 1974 Disbrow moved to Buffalo, New York. In Buffalo he got a firsthand look and taste for the cities spicy local style of chicken wings, in a place called the Anchor Bar. Later in 1981, while judging a figure skating competition at Kent State University. Disbrow ran into Lowery and the two decided to get some Buffalo-style chicken wings. After looking everywhere in town and not finding a single

I believe that when it comes to the best friendly service, appearance and especially food, Longhorn Steakhouse exceeds all expectations in every category. This family casual dining restaurant has been around for over 30 years, and is still thriving with a constant flow of happy customers. I have been there several times with my family and friends. I usually go for dinner, but Longhorn Steakhouse is also a great lunch place. I always leave with a full, and that is very satisfying for me.
That would be the authentic taste and experience the restaurant provides its customers with. Whether diners choose to go out to celebrate or gather the family for a delicious meal, there is one place that they will certainly enjoy having it at, Carrabba’s Italian Grill. This holds true because as a long-time customer, I’ve experienced Carrabba’s for different occasions from anniversaries, graduations to birthday parties

Dave Thomas an American restaurateur and a philanthropist once said, “It all comes back to the basic. Serve customers the best-tasting food at a good value in a clean, comfortable restaurant, and they'll keep coming back.” (thomas). Everyone can agree on Dave Thomas, but I have a couple more criteria to add to his idea of a great successful restaurant. If I go out to eat I might as well pick a place that, though may be expensive, has scrumptious food because why bother going to spend money on food you can make yourself? A great restaurant has to meet three of my criteria’s: the Décor and atmosphere, impeccable service and cleanliness, and most importantly the food.
Cultures are becoming obsessed with pumpkin spice flavors because it’s just a good flavor. Other reasons why people are obsessed because it’s a newer thing. I really don’t know why everybody likes it I guess just because it’s good. I mean how could you pass up a pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin spice Pringles, pumpkin spice doughnuts or anything like that. People also like pumpkin spice latte because it’s caffeine. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a coffee drink made with a mix of traditional fall spice flavors.

Each staff member of the restaurant should have nice and clean hygiene along with good manners. Having good hygiene is very important whether an employee is waiting tables, washing dishes, or cooking. If an employee does not shower friction will start to grow between the staff and no one would like to work or even be around that employee. Working in the food service industry with overgrown nails or dirty nails is against the health code and could contaminate the food being prepared by the employee. Being around a customer with bad hygiene could possibly hinder the customer from having a memorable time at the restaurant. Having good manners is also mandatory for every staff member so that no problems can surface between the staff and customers. Steve Marchetti explained that each employee are to meet the minimal standards set forth in the employee handbook and also deliver on the company?s commitment to their customers (Marchetti).
