Recommended: Conclusion of accident in workplace

This is to inform all employees that due to recent incidents, all employees are now required to wear closed toe shoes effective as of April 11th. As I am sure most of you have heard that in the past month we have had two separate incidents where both Deborah and Richard have experienced accidents in the workplace due to their choice of shoe wear. Both Deborah and Richard are fine and expected to make full recoveries and hopefully return to work by the end of the year. As a result of these incidents, all employees must wear appropriate show wear at all times while on premises.
