way they teach you is not to be able to answer questions quickly.
They teach
you in a way that you are able to think deeply and be able to explain why you
have answered in that particular way. Also, it’s unique because unlike any other
school, it takes the students interest to heart. They have clubs that no matter
what you are like or how you dress you will still be able to join.
Finally, it’s unique because of all the teachers and students. They are a one of a kind community that is diverse within culture, religion, and race. But it doesn’t matter where you come from, because here at Edsel Ford you are welcome.
In conclusion, Edsel Ford may be unique and different but we all stand together, united. We make history here at Edsel Ford. Hand in hand that aren’t the same ,but together we stand unique and
united.

Henry Ford was a great entrepreneur, who changed the way the world travelled, manufactured goods and enjoyed their leisure time. He bridged the gap between consumer and automobile, bettering the industry and world economy. He didn’t invent the automobile he just made it affordable for the average family through his moving assembly line that is still being used today to manufacture all things from household electronics to toys.
Actions of treatment really set Ford Apart from other slave owners. Ford provided Northup with proper care and a level respect as he was referenced as the “smartest nigger in the pines” (63). The respectable actions of Ford seemed to be inflicted on his ranking within society provided he was still a slave owner but believing in the fair treatment of slaves. This was shown in many case but primarily when Ford forces John. M Tibeats to sell or hire him out due the inhumanly treatment. (98) Having this amount of respect from a slave master seemed to be a real scarcity; “during my residence with Master Ford I had seen the bright Side of Slavery”. Even though Ford may be brought up as one of the “kinder masters” of the time it’s also provides that it could be overlooked in one major aspect. Ford was a still an active slave owner while he treated them well in comparison to the others it was still a weak point within
Detroit is a story of a once flourishing city that has been on a long downslide for decades. There are miles of unoccupied homes and buildings, and crimes and unemployment are at an all-time high. Many aspects of the city are breaking down, including the school system. The Detroit Public School System has lost over eighty thousand students due to high enrollment in charter schools, the large economic decline, and the departure of residents. For many years no one has taken responsibility for the public school system. However, for Detroit to rise again, it is necessary for someone to take responsibility, make a plan, and make sure that children are safe, well cared for, and are receiving a high quality education when going to school each day. In 2016, schools are low-performing with poor test scores, are falling apart, and teachers and parents have decided to take a stand.

At the Oakes Public Schools, the coaching contract is a section of the teachers negotiated agreement. The contract also states that all efforts will be made to fill all extracurricular positions with teaching faculty, and any community members may have their job re-posted following the season, regardless of performance. For faculty members, the contract is also annual, and renewed pending evaluation. North Dakota does not have tenure, so all teachers are year-to-year employees, as are coaches.

I have a certain amount of natural intelligence, and what I lack I make up for with persistence and tenacity. I have an inherent belief that I will accomplish my goals that keeps me positive and pursuing my goals even when it is difficult to do so.

I am an intuitive-feeling personality. I am charismatic, participative and very people oriented. I tend to focus on the big picture and not the small specifics. I am not power hungry and try to be helpful and giving to those around me.
I have a very fulfilling feeling about what I have been able to accomplish in my life so far. I want the absolute best for myself and those close to me. I often go above and beyond to help those around me succeed and be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be.
...he death of Edsel, his oldest son Henry Ford II became the president of the company. It took Ford II and the team of executives he had gathered two years to turn the company around. Ford II, being concerned about his position within the company began pitting the executives against each other, no doubt a learned behavior from his grandfather. His behaviors, professional values and ethics hindered the company from becoming the number one car company, again. Because of his own desire for job security, he would manipulate a way to rid the company of strong leaders in an attempt to retain his position at the expense of the company.
