Later on I did find out that Google Chrome ran into buffer issues which I will explain later. STEP 2 In order to get specific access instructions for any particular time slot reserved by a student, the following procedure is used: Goto the URL: ( I had to switch from IE 10 to Chrome to make it work) Http://adams.all.net/game?what=WebsterAccess I typed inside the URL web address Http://adams.all.net/game?what=WebsterAccess within my Chrome browser to access the specific instructions to reserve a slot. Upon pressing enter I was greeted with the following. After many retries with the same results by rechecking the URL specified on Step 2 to access the website I proceeded to try using Explorer 11. Upon entering the URL address the page did not load and just stayed as a blank page even after several minutes. I could not access the cyber lab to reserve a slot within Chrome or Explorer 11. Cohen that clearly explained how to setup a virtual machine within the Mac OS. When reviewing the (med) video presentation the video would not buffer ahead and would eventually completely stop and not load. I had to restart the video and pinpoint where the video had stopped. To alleviate this issue I could right-click on my mouse to “save link as” and save (small) (med) movie files to my hard drive to view in Windows Media Player. Surprisingly these video files were .MP4 video files so they worked perfectly with Windows Media Player.
