This week’s essay is the first step for reviewing and creating a strategic plan. This essay will begin to answer How I will design the process? What are my expected issues and outcomes? How did I come to these as part of my response? The strategic plan will review Boca Raton Airport. I have selected this Airport as my project, since I am familiar with the Airport over the last three years volunteering on site and have gotten to know many who work for the Airport Authority.
