This goes all the way back to the beginning of your first kindergarten class, some students are just better doing certain things than others (Bauer 2016). Students possess their own skills in different areas. For example, if you were the best known athlete in your high school, would you apply to schools that were D1 knowing that there was a possibility you could go further and get drafted, or would you just apply to a regular college to major in something you like and not play any sports. As much as I do like sports, I know that I would never be as talented as some of the people in that field no matter how much I trained for it. Something that would take them a week to learn, would probably take me a couple months to learn the same thing. I don’t think I would enjoy working knowing that someone is always going to be better than me at the exact same task. Even though school is basically paid for and

When you are dedicated, you want it. I am dedicated to my education, that being the case, I participate in a great deal of school clubs and activities. I was on the AMS Battle of The Books team, which had won the county competition and continued to Regionals. Since sixth grade, I have been included in Honor Society and have maintained high honor roll for three years. Currently, I am the vice president of FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). Athletic wise, I was on the volleyball team for both seventh and eighth grade. Education is not all about fun and games, there is hard work and strong commitment involved. I want to be surrounded by a group of students who are just as serious about their education as I am. Social Studies and math are two of my favorite subjects. Which are also two subject I excel
The reasons for including athletic ability in scholarship criteria do not relate directly to scholastic achievement and learning, however, they are just as important because of the benefits that good athletic programs bring. Athletic programs generate millions of dollars in revenue for many schools based on how good they are.

Throughout my life, my work ethic, my mental strength, and the skills I have learned, are largely because of my athletic background and all of the things I have gone through with them. To be good at sports, one does not have to

Person-Organization fit theories play an important role when organizations want to attract new employees. Person-Organization fit, abbreviated as P-O fit, is a popular theory, however its origin is unclear. “Models of P–O fit have grown increasingly popular as explanations of organization attraction and choice during the last decade (Kristof, 1996, as cited in Roberson, Collins & Oreg, 2005, p. 324)”.
