Disagreement and conflict can be resolve in number of ways. First we need to check if it is the right time or place to discuss the topic then ask him or her for their problems or reasons for disagreement. Avoid accusations and listen to both sides on what they have to say. After hearing the reason for the conflict or disagreement, make a plan that will help resolve the issue. Take help from HR( Human Resources) and take initiatives to check what is not working. Always focus on the problem not on a person who create the problems. Some of them can be discrimination, lack of work resources, reserved character of the team members, dishonesty, weak leader, absent of goals or vision, unequal distribution of the roles to the team members, lack of dedication ,lack of inspiration, etc. it can also be conflict, disagreement, cultural diversity, personality clash, communication barrier, language barrier, lack of training and improper management of the organisation. Ans: The purpose of the operational plan is to implement the strategies that will help the organisation personnel pursuit their strategic plan and also to manage the day-to -day activities of the organisation. It also helps the organisation to have a clear picture of their task and responsibilities in line with the goals and objectives contained within the strategic plan.
