We live in an age of technology. Like it or not, technology is quickly changing the way people access information, communicate, and learn. So with this new tool in just about everyone’s hands, why shouldn’t schools use technology to provide better education to students'? Schools should keep in mind the type of technology, the future of human interactions, and the high quality of learning provided by tech. The world is ever becoming smaller thanks to technology.

We as a global community are approaching a fully technological world. We have access to information just in the palms of our hands which consequently, leads to new learning methods. Personally, I attend a school where pads are handed to each student. With this technological advantage, students are able to perform in ways undocumented before. However not all technology is created equal. Developed countries reap the most benefits when it comes technology, with developing countries often playing catch up. But provided reasonable technology(tablets and computers) that can act as a shortcut and provide students higher education and provide different opportunities. By focusing on practical tech, “ling mak[ing] the laptops the key ingredient of the cake… it truly changes the way schools operate”(A). By having an immense amount of knowledge given to students, students can take an advantage of this; becoming the leader in their own success.
