The technology fanatics will be informed on how Samsung is going to improve with their conditions and line of work. The way they are doing this is by coming out with new products and switching their focus from hardware to software. By doing so, people that are into technology are going to be more interested in the products. This will provide my claim that Samsung is better by giving information on the interesting features they plan to provide in the future.

Overall Samsung and Apple have a neck-and-neck tie, but Samsung leads in leadership, customer’s satisfaction, and profit and growth. This information provides my argument with the strengths and weaknesses that the two companies differ from each other and by stating Samsung’s better features it offers a greater image than Apple. The audience can also benefit from this by being more informed about the companies and to show that Samsung is better in categories that customers look into.

Michael’s journal article explains Samsung’s next big ideas and what it plans on doing in the future which include using solar energy, LED lighting, electrical vehicle batteries, etc. He claims that it is moving forward and more innovatively to technologies that are based on being green and healthy. By adding Samsung’s future plans on becoming greener will engage the audience to become more attracted to the company, thus, giving Samsung a better outlook on the future.
