I have travelled independently and lived in hotels that an amazing experience, but when I used Airbnb my experience flourish to be being outstanding. The two successful projects that I executed was Smart Sustainable Lighting Network (SSLNet) Conference and Youth Skills Training Program. As the conference brought together architects, engineers, contract, researchers and government agencies to potentially discuss and build to energy efficient lighting LEDs. I developed negotiation skills with interest groups, such as the government, contractors, and researchers, as I pursued them to attend the conference and to be sponsors. The sponsorship was achieved because of my presentation and communication skills. To addition to that, I successful created three workshops support Ontario approved for incentives programs and quality assurance for energy-efficient lighting for the Conference. In order for the Conference to be effective, I organized by assigned tasks to my team, prioritizing conflicts and quickly resolving issues. The Youth Skills Connection is a training program that gave basic technical skills and soft skills by technology demonstration and on-site training. The goal was to bring students together and help them achieve jobs, publication or research opportunity. Hence, collaborated with industries to create internships opportunities for students. Recruiting the perfect candidates for the program and understanding their goals, as then our team would help them achieve that

The team represents three main components the visionary, entrepreneur, and the conception. With all of these parts, the team is well balanced. A strong team can secure the necessary capital, they can reassure investors they will be profitable, and can find a wide range of talent to work for them. The team has a well balanced educational, and experience background for the field.

My proposal was this site is to develop a community center This could be a social place where individuals come and hang out. There could be an adolescent focus as well and events that can be arranged for all people to come and participate in. This site is walkable and there are many individuals who stroll past this site to get to Angle Lake Park and so it would be advantageous for those individuals it is situated here. This project allowed me to discover different aspects of a city that I have lived in for years and have learned more about the elements that make up a city and I’m able to identify them. I also got the chance to gain skills on map making and learned how to make maps on different demographics in cities which was interesting. I have also learned about how the elements that are used to build the structure of a city and the importance of how people perceive the environment. The observer which are the people select, organize, and gives a meaning to what’s being seen while the environment suggests characterizes and relations. In addition to that, I learned that cities should be built for the people and be a place where all people could live in comfortably and meet most of their needs. There should be more demand for public space for pedestrians, not for cars. Communities are created when people mingle with each other, which is an important part of the urban environment.

Various elements of the brand strategy, such as the role of emotion, brand equity and brand identity, are interdependent on each other. Change of one element results in changes in another, but the consistency of all can build a strong brand. Brands can be divided into two categories, functional brands and symbolic brands. Airbnb does not only provide a platform for hosts and guests to interact, it also has a grand mission and vision to build a more inclusive community. As a symbolic brand, the use of symbolism is of importance in strategy. A look on the symbolism of the brand Airbnb and its relation to consumer, corporate and society will be developed in the following paragraphs.
The topic of my group (group 4) was “How to totally float through your project for free” and the presentation was held by Roger Goodman who works for PMI NZ and Ernst & Young supply chain management with many years of working experience in many different countries such as Saudi Arabia and China.
In the end, my team and I got an A- for our presentation and paper. I believe that this project was completely successful and although there were some difficult times throughout the process, I am proud to say that we all stayed committed to the project. I feel that this was my most significant leadership experience because I used everything I learned through my experience in business organizations to make this project come to life. I felt that I showed the qualities of a good leader because I was determined, motivated, worked well with the team, delegated tasks to the team effectively, and communicated with the team to make this project
Being a part of the JA Fellows program was an unexpected opportunity that came to me my last year of high school. My dream was to always become a nurse and be a caregiver of a person. But JA Fellows has changed my career goals from becoming a registered nurse now inspiring to be a successful entrepreneur. The JA Fellows opened up my eyes to one day owning a food truck or service company, that will feed and help millions of people. Being able to gain experience at a young age without the life risk of actually losing everything in the real world. The biggest challenges my team and I faced was the lack of commitment and focus on the big picture from all parts of the company. Everyone had different beliefs and goals on the project, some focused

I spoke earlier about creating a method in order to improve the workplace for employees in order to increase the success of an organization; this is a project that requires a lot of attention to detail and plenty of consistency. Being an individual with great recognition of detail and efficiency is something that this program needs because that is what the field of Human Resource Management and Development is all about. We need individuals in this field who pay attention to the details that others may miss out on, and individuals who are not afraid to keep going after a couple of failed attempts. If you are wondering why, it is simple because these are the people who at the end of the day to make a greater difference. Simply put, I know this because I have experienced it throughout my undergraduate career at Binghamton University, through my leadership role on campus by organizing forum, banquets and on campus events and it is something I hope to bring to the Human Resource Management and Development program here at
In this process, it was important for me to establish the sense of urgency as well as the vision of the project. I accomplished this by meeting and working with the stakeholders, securing their consensus and working with the technical team to develop technical...
Community projects are well known for giving students the opportunity to be able to express them selves and learn new tasks and responsibilities. Although, through out my community project path I found myself finding the right lace to learn and achieve the goals as well as the responsibilities and the role of the experience. Yet, the project wasn’t an easy project because I had to deal with different case mangers and different clients. However, through trying and working on my goals, I was to develop my learning experience in term of making healthy relationship with my clients.
This was a long-term design project, and everything was fresh to me. Patience was the crucial and essential factor that was needed in such a long project in my view. Fortunately, I learned and gained the patience. Besides, communication was another extremely significant factor. It was essential to communicate and discuss with the pathway tutors and the course mates regularly, for the information of the tutor was the most useful advice in the process of major project. Overall, I achieved these two important factors which also could be described as strengths.
