States where group clearly applicable with two situation which mention below. • When there is a large amount of work load then there is need of group to cop situation easily like as in my group there is need of most group member on weekends to handle busy situation in my restaurant kfc. • It becomes very tough task for individual to finish large amount of work in given time for example as in my work place sometime I often do closing in limited time but its impossible to do so I often demand for more group people to finish work in limited period. Two Unapplicable states where group in unclearly inappropriate • As there is no need of more staff where work can easily handle or finished within limit of time for example as normal concise shop where an individual person can easily cop the situation easily even there is no need of more staff to access it. • Where there is enough choice tasks available at work place people work according to their choice rather than working in group. 2. 5 Advantages of working in groups. 5 Disadvantages of working in groups. In working group there is many view points with new creative ideas to how to operate task. Sometimes it’s become tough task to find capable individual person from group member who can easily tackle the busy situation. In group working there is coordination in team even easily analyse the fault in group team. Working in group aslo make situation competitive because group member often have their own idea which might affect workplace People working in a group may unconsciously perceive the situation as destructive. Also Working in a group can be source of positive synergy between a group and reason of constrictive conflict with positive impact. Compromise: In compromise both ends are placed against the middle in an attempt to serve the common good while ensuring each person can maintain something of their original position. It aims to solve conflict issues by having each party give up some desire outcomes in order to get other desired outcomes. Example: 2 members are not willing to each other to work in a same group so they have to compromise to work together. Competition: When the outcomes are important the group attempts to use power to win at other party’s expense. Competition is everywhere in the group so every member need to make a challenge so that they can work more efficiently than other members. Example: Sometimes there is a competition in my group between members to serve more customers in a particular time.
