There are several management methods that have applied by the leader of Yeo Hiap Seng (M) Bhd. The first management method I think the leader of Yeo Hiap Seng (M) Bhd has adopted is Human Perspective. Effective work comes from within the employee, so human relations paid key variable in increasing performance.
