What encourages WSO2 to provide training? Industrial training and development programs are an essential part of private sector human resource development of WSO2. Newly recruited employees want to learn to perform their jobs, and current employees may need to improve their performance on future works. For a firm, good training can be expensive, difficult to organize and time consuming. Yet its benefits easily outweigh its disadvantages.Good training requires that real training needs have been correctly identified.
