Morgana Bailey is Human Resources Professional in the State Street Corporation. She is on the top of the Global HR Team which recruits,selects,trains many people in every year. She had a succesful career and experiences . At the peak point of her career, she is in dilemma. She directs a highly competitive team in a business life but she hided something that she think it’s a shame to state this word. Also she thinks that if she confess,she will ruin her career and people will always remember her not as ‘Morgana’,remember her ‘My lesbian friend Morgana’. However, an afford in a business world needs a long time and break the ice-cubes in a work environment is not easy thing to do because;society has some values and beliefs. To changing work environment must be start from people’s values. Although the legal framework for barriering discrimination actions,victims are exposed violence,suicide and health problems related to stress in the workplace. (M.Shore,2011) We define inclusion as the degree to which an employee perceives that he or she is an esteemed member of the work group through experiencing treatment that satisfies his or her needs for belongingness and uniqueness. human needs for validation and similarity to others .It becomes popular; most Fortune 500 companies have a diversity and inclusion officer who superintends an impressive array of programs focused on the needs of a diverse workforce(Deloitte,2011).This critical review is against to sexual orientation discrimination in the workplace,and argue that minimizing discrimination issues help corporations to maximize its employees’
