A big debate is flying around the schools in the US. Should you ban chocolate milk from school or keep it as a golden rule? Does chocolate belong to the other foods in the cafeteria? Some people believe chocolate milk is healthy and full of nutrition kids need daily. Although others disagree sayings there is too much sugar to consider chocolate milk healthy. Both sides have strong arguments, but it is clear to see chocolate milk doesn’t belong in the school cafeteria. First of all, chocolate milk is filled with sugar and calories. Secondly, it is also unhealthy in many other ways. Chocolate milk’s vitamins can also be replaced with other foods. Chocolate milk should be banned from schools.

The SCC is a count of all the white blood cells existing in milk products. If a certain number is reached, the milk is considered infected. It’s better to have some vitamins than nothing, i think chocolate milk provides that. Second, chocolate milk has less sugar added in it than soda , and some energy drinks. Many websites, health magazines, and even some adults say that chocolate milk is good for you. But is it really? If you look at the back of a Trumoo carton, that is given with hot lunch at Argonaut, you will see that the carton contains 18 grams of sugar! Even though I like chocolate milk, I believe that it should not be served every day, especially in school.
