Another reason is because it is bad for you too. In the passage it said that children who drink chocolate milk get more nutrients in their system. If they get more nutrition in their body they will grow healthy. These reasons and facts help me alot, but I still don't know if it is good or harmful.
Finally, I think it is still good and bad for you. I'm still undecided. It also said in

Chocolate milk should not be served in schools now or ever again.
Chocolate milk should be banned from schools because from school because kids consume too much sugar. It’s a proven fact that kids consume about 20% more sugar than they are supposed to in just 1 week. This is a bad thing because having extra sugar isn’t good for you. Another fact about chocolate milk is that after a year kids would have drank 2 gallons of sugar. You don’t want
Compared with other brands, Breyers is considered to be a healthier version of ice cream. It is important to be aware that ice cream is not a health food, it is a snack, there are brands that are less fattening than others, however it can only be compared as the lesser of two evils. Even though the first ingredient is milk, there is no significant amount of protein found in the ice cream, only two grams. A better protein source would be a cup of fat free milk, which has fewer calories and fat grams. The cream, which is listed as the second ingredient contributes to the heavy amount of saturated fat found in the

mother’s milk. It a practice that has been passed down from generation to generation since the beginning of our existence. It has proven to be an efficient and healthy way to feed newborns. Several research have shown numerous benefits of breastfeeding. For example, when it comes to the comparison of breast milk and formula milk, studies have shown that formula milk can be harder for babies to digest. This is due to the fact that formula milk is created from cows and babies, stomachs have a hard time digesting and adjusting to it. In addition, the overall quality of formula milk lack the critical nutritions such as antibodies, which breast milk provides to help fight of infections and prevent diseases. At the moment there is a big controversy going on about selling chocolate milk in schools. The main argument is that chocolate milk has a lot of sugar and fat. However, flavored milk drinkers are no more likely to be overweight, but are more likely to get enough calcium and have a better diet than kids who don’t. Chocolate milk should stay in schools because it has been used by runners as a health drink, it gets kids to drink milk, and there is a healthy alternative to chocolate milk that’s chocolate milk.
Flavored milk, such as chocolate milk is designed to be a tastier alternative to plain milk. In 1942, chocolate milk only accounted for “2.2 percent of the total fluid milk consumption in [U.S.] cities and villages” (Hadary 210-213) However, as of 2009, “...flavored milks [in U.S schools such as strawberry and chocolate milk] account for seventy percent (emphasis added) of all the milk [children] drink” (Lunau 48), with chocolate milk accounting for around sixty-two percent of all milk (Hanks, Just, and Wansink) . Flavored milk’s popularity in the United States is controversial, given the fact that chocolate milk contains added sugar to make it have “roughly [the same amount of sugar] as a glass of orange juice” (Lunau 48). Sex could be considered the most pleasurable occurrence by a whole lot of people. But is it really as good as it seems? Chocolate is one of the most well-known treats loved by the majority of the world. Surprisingly, studies show that chocolate stimulates more love than sex and is actually four times better. Although it sounds unusual, it actually makes sense when considering what chemical compounds and amino acids take place in chocolate. Crazy enough, experimental data and a poll taken by women deciding whether or not chocolate is better than sex shows that chocolate is indeed, better than intimacy.

There is nothing any better than a good piece of chocolate. Its rich, its creamy, its smooth, and it makes us feel so-o-o-o good for a few moments of course, that is; until the guilt of the calories kick in. Chocolate happens to be one of my favorite sweets.
