First off, I’d like to thank you for the opportunity of working here. This truly has been an amazing job and I did love working here. But, over the past few weeks I’ve realized so much and ultimately can no longer accept working here.
I feel so undervalued here. And this is something that I’ve felt since I started working here. Ever since I’ve started, I’ve received barely any hours of work. How can someone develop their skills when they work for only four hours per week (and that's if I’m lucky because many times I’ve received none)? I understand that in the beginning, it wouldn’t be wise to give one person all the hours, but how is it that every new person after me has received about twelve hours per week in the BEGINNING and continue to stay at a similar number. It makes no sense to give more privileges to newer employees than to your employees who’ve been working here for much longer than they have. And I’m not talking about any morning people, but people who have a similar availability than me.

I requested three days off each week since I was taking four AP classes and wouldn’t have been able to handle that much work load. During this school year, the only days where I would be schedule to work was either Tuesday and Thursday (which I requested off because it would impact my education). Because of this, I had to put aside my AP Calculus work (which wasn’t due but my teacher did say that if it wasn’t done, it’d be hard to do well on the tests) in order to do all my homework from my other classes. Over time, my availability was continuously not being respected and it led me to do poorly in AP Calculus. I complained about my availability not being respected multiple times and even wrote it down at least twice when the availability sheet came out. But, as usual no one listened or
For example one of the rules states ““strive for excellence” but the employees at Walmart act the opposite. That is not what it takes to be a Walmart Employee. There was a video shown at the orientation of an employee caught on tape stealing from the cash register. When Walmart was having the presentation with the pre employees they were in a windowless room filled with no distractions because they wanted them to only be focused on that specific thing the “orientation”. While Ehrenreich was working for Walmart she saw a lot of hostile behaviors she did not like that environment but she had no choice because of the few jobs available in the town she didn't have a alternative. I felt the same way if there were more jobs in my neighborhood I would definitely would have stopped working for
On numerous occasions, I left work transported the children and went back to work to remain into the night. On other occasions, I left work during the day to take Stephanie to doctor’s appointments or meetings with the worker’s compensation attorney we retained to pursue her injury as compensable injury. This too required that I work late or on weekends to carry my responsibilities at work. There is no doubt that I was not able to make up the short fall created by my extra parental responsibilities. In the attempt to keep up I worked tired and sick, late in the day and early in the morning. I worked on holidays that were scheduled to be days
Do (you) prefer to stay in bed for awhile or get up immediately upon waking?
In closing, my hopes for improving the and preventing retention would be to make sure that my employees feel that their job is place where they aren’t being cheated, somewhere where the amount of work they put in is worth the pay they are receiving. Working as a correctional officer today, is a hard and time consuming task I would hate for someone to get hurt on the clock due to exhaustion or something of that nature thus the reason I plan to make sure the hour are equally spread amongst my workers. Furthermore I hope that drastic change will cause for more qualified workers to be willing to apply and stay knowing that they aren’t be taking for granted.
In the world of welding, there is a large variety of career paths, and with that comes a range of salaries. A welders salary depends on many different variables. Such as experience, certifications, amount of demand, type of job, and where production is located. Many young adults are not aware of the possibilities and pay of being a welder. But with the correct training, and right opportunity a welder can earn a large annual salary.
In her book, Vanderkam discusses that the major flaw behind sleeping in each morning is a person’s lack of self-control and willpower. Without willpower, you cannot accomplish any given task that you set for yourself. She pointed out that most people spend their mornings performing useless routines that only waste time more frequently than they spend time actually benefiting from more useful routines. These useless routines include: reading newspapers, watching the news, catching up on social networks, and mostly everything that has nothing to do with what they should be spending their time focusing on during those crucial morning hours...
Researches state that 90% of people with severe depression have insomnia. Waking up early in the morning is a classic sign of depression, along with having difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep. Laboratory studies show that depressed people spend more time in REM sleep and less time in slow-wave sleep. Which can increase
This all seems now. I wish we could return to that happiness, but It is all too late. I have ruined everything you worked so hard for me. You were a role model to everyone who knew you. Well respected, brave.

Have you ever wondered why some people are morning people and some people are night people? Whether your status is of a morning person, who is also known as a Lark or a night person also known as an Owl; these two types are called a person’s chronotype. A chronotype is an individual’s biological clock that controls their body’s rhythms.(https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn24292-first-physical-evidence-of-why-youre-an-owl-or-a-lark/). People that are considered Larks usually wake up early in the morning and are more alert during that time and retire to bed at a decent hour. Owls on the other hand, are more awake and alert during the nighttime and retire to bed very late at night. A person’s biological clock affects more than just the time you are awake, alert and the time you go to bed. Your biological clock also affects your decision making and behaviors.
Have you ever wondered how everyday wake up and start their day? Well, they defintly do it by
People need to appreciate that they can wake up in the morning to arrive at their job, or even at school.
The tendency to get up before the sun rises is not a virtue. I believe the saying should have went, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy.... and boring as hell because he is dead on his feet."
There are a few reasons for me not wanting to get up early in the morning. The first is entirely my fault. It is because I find it hard
