Just being able to experience being staff again would be such a treat and I would really enjoy it. I would take in as much as I could every day by helping players out and helping other staff members out. Although the experience is not everything and some other reasons as to why I want to be staff is because of the enthusiasm that I have and the motivation to be staff. The second reason that I wish to be staff is because of heartfelt motivation that I have to become staff on faithful. I feel really motivated to get staff which is why I am making this application to the best of my ability. Staff should not be a grind every day and I want to make it as enjoyable for myself and as enjoyable for the players. In the end, though the real reason as to why I wish to be a staff member on Faithful is because I want to help out faithful in any way that I can. Personally, I want to help out the players by answering questions and helping them deal with the situation which is why I want to be staff. I know how to handle chat offenses and I know how to screenshare. I also make sure that I am 100% positive before banning and if it is even 5% questionable I will take the time to screenshare or ask the user if they want to admit to avoid false bans. Dedicated - I try to be as dedicated to the job as I possibly can. I know that players would want me to be doing my job to the best of my ability at all times and I know that I would be annoyed if nobody was helping me. I am very dedicated to the job and know that I will try my absolute best in every circumstance no matter how overwhelming it may get. Teamspeak - I think the one thing that really puts me ahead of every other candidate is the fact that I am so good at handling situations effectively and quickly in Teamspeak. I like to help users as soon as they join because often it is a hacker report who may be on the server or just a question that needs to be answered quickly. My goal is to provide the best care of service that I possibly can to every single user that joins TeamSpeak so that they feel Teamspeak is a great way to contact
What experiences have you had which prepare you for this position (e.g perhaps as an employee, leader, or working with people different from yourself, etc)?
I believe I have many skills and talents that I can contribute to N.H.S. I’m level-headed and cool under pressure so in times of havoc, I’ll be there to calm people down and not go crazy. Also I’m a team player which is very important. Some people like to do things solo, but N.H.S is an organization where you have to work together to help accomplish the goals. Also I’m very hard working and dedicated so I won’t give up. There are people who give up when an obstacle they can’t pass comes their way, however I’ll keep trying until I beat it. Personally I’m good at problem solving, innovative, and versatile. If I know what to do then I'll get the job
“It always seems impossible until it’s done”. This quote from Nelson Mandela comes to mind when describing why I aspire to become a Physician Assistant. It has always been a great motivation and inspired me not to get discouraged with failure; rather look forward for your goals. Frequently, it takes many trials and lack of success as well as achievements, for one to truthfully discover him/herself. I instinctively progressed through the motions of life. Many options were available and choosing a career as I grew up kept altering, until one day when I saw how helping other people is my sole purpose of life. Getting to know more of physician assistant drove me into the thoughts of pursuing it as a career.
I am a quality candidate for the position because having fathomed throughout my years. As a struggling college student that employed 2 full time jobs in order to attend school, and support myself. Having had worked the majority of my life until becoming extremely ill, I learned life is nothing to take for granted. People condescend on the sick in society, thus take the sick for granted while kicking them to the curb. Overcome illnesses and obstacles one learns to accept challenges. Suffered numerously at one time, help me embrace unique situations. When a person is debilitated, and another is bedridden precipitating unemployment, and funds depleted only to find oneself trying to rear 4 kids, home school one while staying in the
Both my current job and are dream jobs are in the medical field they are very similar yet different. For example, my job now is a certified nursing assistant and my dream job is to become a registered nurse. Both jobs consist of taking guardianship of people providing hands-on work, comfort care, and compassion. My dream is to further my career from a nurse assistant and become a nurse that does more for people in the world.
Imagine waking up everyday to meet new people, knowing the thought that you can save lives every day. An medical assistant is one who helps the physician/doctor with patients, the patients files, and many more. They take a patient's blood pressure, check on their files, and keep things organized. This career has many qualities and traits I like. Being a medical assistant pays well, they work with other people, and get to help others. I don’t have problems talking to people or listening to them, I like to help others and work in groups. By looking at the work environment, education and training, important qualities, and salary and job outlook, being a medical assistant is the best job for me.
Write a brief description of the job and why you think you’d be good in that role.
Is Medical Assisting a great job for me in the future world? Medical assisting is a job that you help people with. This job includes things like taking blood samples, giving shots, check-ups, etc. Any interests I have had within this career is that you help others, prescribe medicine if they are in need, being prompt and taking care of others. Related talents to this career that I have is enjoying helping people, experiencing blood, doing regular check-ups etc. I have selected medical assisting as a career because its easy/ great training in under a year, employment growth, and flexible schedule. I believe that being a medical assisting is the best career for me.
You should choose me over any other applicants because I have been playing MapleCraft for awhile and have put major hours to this server. I have experienced the bad and the good and know how to deal with certain situations. I also have some past faction members on the staff team and we get along really well. I am a GET IT DONE person. I will always finish a job or duty. I will get lots done for the server, in my opinion! Another reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I know a lot of commands like /mute /tempmute /kick /tempban and I also know how to SS (Screen share). I know the basics to catch a hacker. For example, when the person is getting like 0 KB or the players head is spinning a lot which means he has aura. I have caught many hackers before on Maple and I hope to catch even more. I will do my part in keeping the server nontoxic.
My career goals is to start my career as a Medical Assistant working in a medical office. I would like to learn every aspect of the job before specializing in one area. My second career goal is to work in a hospital setting where I can get experience working with patients in that type of setting. After I have gained some experience in the medical arena I plan to continue working with cardiac patients.
Medical assistants are some of the most versatile healthcare workers since they're trained to handle a wide range of tasks. They also belong to the group of medical staff members who get decent pay and excellent benefits, and they have one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand careers in the country.
Why should you become staff on HCNations: I want to become staff on HCNations because I want all players to have fun and enjoy playing without anyone abusing the rules or glitches, and I think I'm the right person for that job, I want to help out the server as much as possible as I can, in TeamSpeak or in-game with anything that I can do or be moving them to the right channel if I cant help them with there issue. I always want to help people because I hate sitting in a player channel and see like 10 people waiting for help and knowing I could help them if I was staff on HCNations and it's something I enjoy doing anyways so I thought why don't I apply for HCNations a while back but I wasn't an experienced staff member then, So I went and applied on a few smaller server not listed above
Well, for starters there is many reasons I would like to be staff on the HeliosPvP Network. Starters I am a very confident and calm person to be with no matter the situation even if it is a big thing like a inside or a glitch that has made someonw raidable. My primary reason to why I would like to be staff is because playing and moderaring is two different things that range from fun to boring at times.. Iv'd been playing HCF for about a year or so from this day on. Playing as a normal member is much different and can get boring at times
The assignments were clearly explained and easy to do and help provided when I misunderstood something or needed additional assistance. Making a transfer from training to a temporary worker and finally to an established position was a smooth process. 2. Limited frustrations The staff always kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well on the job site. They would suggest easier ways I could complete the job, or food that I could eat to make me feel better, and even gave me advice on yoga and meditation exercises.
When I think of becoming a teacher I would like to imagine or hope that I would be “turning the key” for a student of mine to become something great. I have been soul searching for many years now to have a better understanding of what I am suppose to do in my life. I have worked in so many jobs in so many areas but nothing was fulfilling my life with any amount of meaning. I found myself not wanting to go back the next day or wishing I were somewhere else. Well I guess everyone does that is what I would tell myself.
